Hello!! Thank you for agreeing to write something for me. <3 I'm signed up to SW Rare Pairs as facingthenorthwind (spacegandalf) and if you're writing me a treat, please gift it there. Optional details are optional, of course, and I'd love to see whatever you come up with! Some of these have more stuff about them than others but that's not because I'm less enthusiastic about the others! Some of them just lend themselves to longer sections, often because they're more prominent characters or something. I promise I wouldn't request something if I wasn't excited to see it!

I am open to interactive fiction and crossovers (see +here for a list of fandoms I'm familiar with and anything I've written or bookmarked except for Hibike! Euphonium, Supergirl and any characters that appear in the Jacket Bar). If you want to transport characters to another part of the Star War, please only do it to some period in the New Canon/Disney Canon, since I'm unfamiliar with Legends except for Jedi Apprentice.

If you're writing a High Republic pairing for me: I'm completely caught up with Phase III of The High Republic, so feel free to be as spoilery as you like.

• Positioning the Jedi as "evil" or a cult — I welcome characters struggling with the Code/their place in the Jedi Order and even characters deciding to leave (otherwise I wouldn't have requested Cohmac or Lula, haha), but I'm more interested in those struggles about doctrine as portrayed in the THR books, where the Jedi are still good.
• Jedi turning Dark (touching the dark side briefly like several of them do in canon is fine) or going evil (but recovering from having made that decision in the past is fine).

Obi-Wan Kenobi/Bail Organa and Obi-Wan Kenobi/Bail Organa/Breha Organa

Ship-specific DNWs

• Please don't destroy Alderaan unless Bail+Breha+Leia all survive!
• Please don't make Organa Bail's family name; it's obviously Breha's and he took her name when they got married. (This is thankfully Disney Canon now.)

Thoughts

• Lumping these together because they're pretty similar in terms of my prompts! In keeping with my infidelity DNW, i would very much like Breha to be aware of and approve of Obi-Wan/Bail if it doesn't include her!
• Pre-Order 66, post-Order 66, whatever takes your fancy!
• Did he and Bail get together during the war, seeking comfort during a campaign where Bail is also present for some senatorial reason?
• Do Obi-Wan and Bail have to pretend to be having a torrid affair for, idk, reasons? Or do the tabloids think they're having a torrid affair that Breha doesn't know about? Does someone come to Breha with the news that they saw Obi-Wan and Bail pashing and they thought Breha really should be informed that her husband is cheating on her? (Idk why Breha would potentially keep up the ruse that she doesn't know, but that would also be funny.)
• Do they ask him to stay on Alderaan after Order 66? How do they keep him safe?
• Do they woo him pre-Order 66? Is Obi-Wan on Alderaan for a mission or is he having a well-earned break?
• Or did Order 66 not happen at all?
• What if he stays on Alderaan after the events of Obi-Wan Kenobi show? Were they together beforehand, or perhaps it was Obi-Wan/Bail during the war and now in the wake of the kidnapping etc., Breha also falls in love with him?
• A while back my friends and I were joking about the AO3 tag BB-8 "Parent Traps" Poe Dameron and Rey, and someone suggested Parent Trap-type shenanigans with Luke and Leia trying to get Obi-Wan/Bail/Breha back together.

Obi-Wan Kenobi/Hondo Ohnaka (Any)
There is a criminal lack of Hondo/Obi-Wan. Also I have no idea how old Hondo is, so I'm waiving the age gap stuff! As long as Obi-Wan is at least 18 I'm happy. If there's drinking or drugs involved, please don't have Obi-Wan do anything he regrets the next morning! I mean, he can regret his hangover, but not whatever he does with Hondo.

• Perhaps they meet when he's on a solo mission while still a padawan, or just after his knighting when he's not taking Anakin out of the temple yet?
• What if Obi-Wan has to go undercover and meets him while pretending not to be a Jedi?
• What if Hondo helped him out after order 66? Does Obi-Wan become a pirate for a bit? I would suggest Hondo getting involved with the Path but I cannot conceive of how that would go. If you can conceive of it, of course go for it.
• I would also love something playing with Hondo's wacky idea of what is and isn't betrayal. His morals are so skewed, I love him.

Greez Dritus/Yaddle
I saw this in the tagset and I was like "what the fuck, sure". I don't have many thoughts about it but I think they would be great together. Age gaps are more vibes than anything concrete with aliens, so I'm waiving that here.

• Perhaps Yaddle survives all the way to the imperial era and Greez joins up with her the same way he joins up with Cere? There could also be bonus angst with Cere knowing Yaddle and being ashamed of what happened with Trilla if she's there too. I don't remember how he and Cere got started, ngl.
• Perhaps Yaddle employed him to take her somewhere during the Republic era? Maybe they kept meeting because Yaddle kept requesting him specifically?
• Hell, I don't know how old Greez is, so you could even get him involved in some High Republic drama! Or perhaps he time travels and Yaddle clocks it with the Force and gets to know him because of it?

Andor Season 2 Spoilers: Kleya Marki/Vel Sartha

I have thought Kleya and Vel were exes ever since that argument they have in Luthen's shop, and s2 only strengthened the conviction that they're exes or that they need to cut that sexual tension with a knife. The way they "survey the prospects" at the party? If Kleya is heterosexual I will eat my hat.

Thoughts:

• Did Kleya introduce Vel to the rebellion? How did they meet?
• Maybe they're not exes in s1 and just have a lot of sexual tension! Do they perhaps get distracted at the party in s2?
• What about on Yavin? Does Vel help Kleya put herself back together? Does she glare at everyone until people accept Kleya? Do they drink to the people they've lost? Does Kleya open up about Luthen?
• If you want to go for Kleya/Vel/Cinta I'm also open to that!

The High Republic ships
Alak the Pirate/Raf Thatchburn

• Anything about their star-crossed romance! How did they fall in love?
• What previous encounters did they have between falling in love and the Battle of Jedha?
• Does Tanteek love Alak? If so, does that cause some awkwardness if Raf is with some of his colleagues and Alak turns up? What other awkwardness ensues when Raf and Alak are with other people and they have to pretend to be not in love?
• How does Raf adjust to becoming a pirate?
• What do Raf's (former) colleagues know about any of this?
• Mission fic with Raf trying to deal with pirates, perhaps? Does Alak help (or hinder)?

Cere Junda/Santari Khri

• I won't lie, I don't actually have any real thoughts on this one, I just saw it in the tagset and I was like I Would Like To See It.
• Does Cere do some time travel before Order 66, so she's slightly less broken by her experiences? (How much of a mess is it when she travels back to?)
• Does she land on Tanalorr before the Great Hyperspace Disaster? Help out with the temple there?
• What if Santari travels to when they're exploring the base? Does she help them against Dagan?

Elzar Mann/Cohmac Vitus

• I just think Cohmac could use someone who might get him to lighten up. Someone to have a little fun with, bring him out of his head.
• Perhaps Elzar goes to find him after Midnight Horizon? Perhaps something set when they're younger?
• Perhaps they bond over Orla Jareni, a good friend to both of them? (Perhaps something bringing them together after The Fallen Star?)
• What if Elzar somehow prevents Cohmac leaving the Order?
• There's certainly possibilities for fic set during/after Phase III, but I don't particularly have any prompty thoughts about it, so they're not getting an entry in the spoiler section.

Obi-Wan Kenobi/Cohmac Vitus

• This would involve time travel, which is always fun!
• You could have Obi-Wan go to the High Republic, which is lighter than the PT but hmm if it's Phase III, I don't think the lack of Sith Vibes would really make much difference when everything is still Very Bad.
• Perhaps it's after Midnight Horizon, and Obi-Wan meets him as he's wandering and lost?
• Perhaps it's before the Nihil even emerge, and things are happier?
• Does Obi-Wan recognise him from the graffiti he found in Padawan? Does he ask about Orla?
• Or is it Cohmac who time travels? We know from Tears of the Nameless (and implied before that) that Cohmac would probably just collapse into a puddle of misery if he felt how rancid the vibes on Coruscant were during the PT. Though I guess at least they're not dealing with creatures that suck the Force out of Jedi, giving them horrific hallucinations and terror just before they die! Honestly now that I think about it, is the PT more miserable than Phase III? I think maybe not! But an argument could be made either way.
• Do they bond over both losing their masters in a way they blame themselves for?
• I just think these mentally ill men should meet and find solace in each other. I think it would be neat.

Matthea Cathley (THR)/Original Female Character

• Please no Matty/Oliviah! Mentions of it being unrequited is fine, since that's canon.
• We know that Matty has "messed around" and "sometimes hadn't even been caught" (Path of Vengeance). Who catches her mid-fooling around? She's clearly been caught multiple times, too, so is it the same person who catches her each time?
• Is the messing around always FWB/one night stands or does she have a relationship with someone?
• If instead of an OFC, you want to make it an existing female Jedi, I'm fine with that!
• Does she get nightmares about Dalna and the OFC comforts her?
• Does Tey tease her about her relationship? Does Vildar have opinions about it?

Zeen Mrala/Lula Talisola

• Please no Krix! Mentions of him are fine but I don't want him to appear at all.
• Zeen having to hide the Force from Krix and the rest of her community can very easily be read as a metaphor for being in the closet. Is she hiding both her Force sensitivity and her queerness on Trymant IV? How does that affect her relationship with Lula?
• I am obsessed with Zeen's conviction that she needs to run away so she doesn't get in the way of Lula's destiny to become a Jedi. What if she did try to run away? Would Lula and co. go looking for her? Or just Lula?
• What if they got together earlier?
• There's more prompts in the Phase III spoiler section!

Xylan Graf/Cohmac Vitus

• We know Cohmac is distracted by Xylan's very low neckline in Out of the Shadows. What if he made some bad decisions to hook up with this terrible man?
• Or what if Xylan decides it would be advantageous to try to romance a Jedi and picks Cohmac after he notices Cohmac looking?
• What if they met before OotS?
• Honestly I don't have any other thoughts. I just would love Cohmac to make some bad decisions.
• If you want to set something during Phase III and make it Xylan/Cair/Cohmac, go for it! I just don't want Xylan to leave Cair for Cohmac.

Nan the Nihil/Lula Talisola

• What did Lula get up to between the crash and being rescued? Could she have had a little affair with Nan, perhaps? I think they could kiss. 👀 If she does, does she still send the "I have what the Mikkian wants" message?
• There's plenty of angst potential for Lula to remember an affair with Nan while she's with Zeen — is Zeen hurt by it? I'd prefer if Lula didn't leave Zeen for Nan, but I'm happy to waive my breakups DNW for Nan/Lula breaking up — does Nan know Lula's a Jedi while Lula has lost her memories? Is she just waiting for this to end? Does she try to prevent Lula from finding out?
• If you want to turn this into Nan/Lula/Zeen somehow........ well, I'd certainly be interested in how you pull it off! Maybe they meet Nan again after the war ends?

Zeen Mrala/Lula Talisola

• How does Lula explain to her fellow Jedi about her decision to leave for Zeen?
• Does Lula talk to people about proposing with other Jedi (other than what we see with her worrrying over the bracelet with Qort and Farzala)?
• You can write smut for this one if you like! (Do Mikkians have anything fun happening down there?)
• What makes them decide to be the quintessential baby dykes uhauling across space? Is it because they know people could be killed by the Nihil or the Nameless at any opportunity? Or something else?
• What if Lula tries to make things work with Zeen without leaving the Order?
• What if she had got her memories back, instead of mostly getting them second-hand after the crash? Or perhaps more exploration of her learning to live with her amnesia? I know I DNW'd permanent amnesia but this one is canonical, so feel free to explore it.
• What if she'd never lost her memories in the crash?
• How do both of them deal with the stress of being behind the Stormwall on Eriadu?
• Who decided that it's Maz who should have the official power (as pirate queen of the whole galaxy, of course) to declare them married? Do regular Jedi have the power to marry people?
• What are their lives like after the war?

Xylan Graf/Cair San Tekka

• I love their fucked up little marriage so much, it's so Problematic
• How does the blackmailing into marriage go?
• Cair clearly waxes lyrical about his husband to his fellow resistance fighters in Defy the Storm. What does he say?
• Defy the Storm made them look super cute and in love and then Temptation was like "lmao remember how one half of this marriage is Xylan Graf?". Is Cair also kind of lulled into forgetting that his husband is the kind of person who does lowkey horrible things until he gets kidnapped in Temptation?
• What's the aftermath of the kidnapping? Does Xylan manage to explain why he did it? Does Cair not need him to explain because he understands, once he's stopped being angry about it?
• What do they do after Temptation of the Force, now that they're this side of the Stormwall?
• How do Cair's uncles react when Cair tells him that he married a Graf?
• If Xylan hadn't had to hide assets from the government, would they still have got together in a way that's more than sleeping together while Cair does espionage? What about if the Nihil never happened?
• Spy thriller about Cair's corporate espionage, complete with Xylan and Cair sleeping together?

Vildar Mac/Tey Sirrek

• How do they get together? Who makes the first move?
• What's Matty's reaction to them getting together? Or Oliviah's?
• Are there other moments like the Phase III flashback where Tey has stolen the Hand when Tey feels like he's failed Vildar?
• How do all their coworkers know they're together? I am obsessed with the "trouble at home?" comment one of their colleagues makes.
• Are there other Jedi who have Thoughts And Opinions about their relationship? Does Vildar keep it from other Jedi? If so, how does Tey feel about that?
• Tell me more about them getting married! What was the Council's reaction? Did Vildar have to leave the Order? Why did they get married, since the Vildar of Phase II didn't really seem like a romantic kind of guy? Who asked who?
• Tey says that Vildar taught him how to use the Hand of Siberius for good. How did that work? Did he really steal it after Vildar's death? Why? When? He says in Fear of the Jedi #4 that he was lying about Vildar teaching him to use it for good. What's going on there??? Why does he latch onto it as the thing that fills the void after Vildar dies?
• I think Tey is lying about stealing Vildar's lightsaber, because it really undermines the scene where we find out he's carrying Vildar's lightsaber in THR issue #6. Did Vildar bequeath it to him before he died? Did Matty give it to him, and that's why hallucination!Vildar doesn't know he has it? Why does it still have the kyber crystal in it? Did some Jedi want to take it back to the Temple? Why does he never use it? If he did steal it, why?
• How did Vildar use the balm of the Luminous on Tey? Why is Tey carrying it when he meets the gang in Phase III?
• Tey knows that Vectors are impossible to fly. Did he try flying Vildar's Vector? What happened?
• Tey has clearly had some experience with children, what with how he comforts the Yacombe child and immediately lets her ride on his shoulders. Does Vildar have any feelings about that?
